Photography Challenges

I have been following a few websites lately that have posted a few photography-related contests and challenges, and I’m desperately in need of something to get me out of my rut with photography. I’m not practicing as much as I used to, because honestly, how many photos can I take of Ben running around our backyard? So hopefully I’ll find a few challenges or contests to spark my creativity, or just get me excited about taking photos again.

Meanwhile, I’m editing photographs of our friend’s recent trip out here to visit, and once I’m done, I’ll post those soon (password protected, of course). We had some GORGEOUS weather last weekend and the kids had a great time together. We saw museums and ate out and just really had fun just relaxing together. Makes me miss our far away friends!

Looking forward to the upcoming holidays, and I promise more updates soon :)

Sure looks like you all were enjoying a lovely day. Sorry you're feeling like you're in a rut with your photography. Have you tried picking a word of the day or something along those lines to be your inspiration? I'm with Eva, and would love to see some of your contest entries!
